Our mission is to support families in raising children with the skill sets, mind sets, and aptitudes to become successful citizens. We believe that children experience long term benefits from positive caregiver relationships and exposure to quality experiences. By providing enrichment opportunities, alleviating stressors, and creating family-friendly environments, we will help children expand their knowledge base and develop the skill sets that will lead them to success in college and their career.

The founders of SSPC know first hand the challenges of growing up in adverse environments. We achieved personal success as adults through hard work and support systems outside our immediate families. We know that our stories are not unique and that so many children and families need a wide variety of supports to help them achieve their dreams.

SSPC was created in response to seeing the concrete needs of local children and families. These families are responsible for raising the leaders of tomorrow. Through our generous contributors, dedicated network of volunteers, and intentionally-designed programs we hope to help all families raise amazing children.
